About 

Meet Emily 

Emily is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist splitting her time between Boston, MA and Vermont. She received her master’s in Nutrition Communications from Tufts University in Boston in 2008 and completed her dietetic training at Massachusetts General Hospital in 2010.

Emily has worked in many areas of nutrition including corporate wellness, patient care, and design of nutrition apps.  

With her compassion and deep empathy, Emily creates a judgment-free safe zone for her clients to work meeting their nutrition goals.
